Interviews!!? Hundreds of people for one post always!! Then rounds of so called interviews. How anybody can judge somebody in 5 minutes. Why do companies bother such interviews? Perhaps it makes them feel better to talk about the problems of world, even though the actual job involves to follow already set procedures or just sitting at the desk and punching formulas into spreadsheets.
